Van driver PROSECUTED for this dangerous driving

This shocking footage shows a van driver pulling out of a layby without looking, and as you can see the results could have been fatal. John L sent us this clip, and he told us that the driver of the van was prosecuted for driving without due care and attention. He had his wife, daughter and 18-month-old granddaughter in the car at the time of the incident last year.
