Rightly so – pulling out without checking properly at speed could have had very serious consequences.

John L sent us this clip, and he told us that the driver of the van was prosecuted for driving without due care and attention.
He had his wife, daughter and 18-month-old granddaughter in the car at the time of the incident last year.
