With Elf On The Shelf season now in full swing, a mum from Australia has managed to take things up a notch by gift wrapping her entire car.
If you are not familiar with the tradition of ‘Elf On The Shelf,’ it involves a toy elf getting up to all sorts of mischief and allowing your kids to wake up in the morning and discover what it has been up to.
Liza Williamson from South Australia spoke to us about how her prank had even caught the attention of local police officers.
She said:
“I started wrapping the car at 2am, and shortly afterwards the police showed up and actually offered to help for five minutes until they were called away.”
“My nine-year-old was shocked by it and didn’t have much to say, but all my two-year-old wanted to do was unwrap it.”
“My neighbours now think I am crazy.”
