A 28-year-old mother has been killed in an accident on the A35 that also left her eight-year-old daughter seriously injured.
Chloe Lloyd’s heartbroken family have paid tribute to her in a heartbreaking statement, and daughter Lexi remains critically ill in hospital.
According to reports, her silver Vauxhall Astra left the main carriageway and ended up in a ditch close to the Baker’s Arms Roundabout on Friday evening.

A woman who died in a car crash that left her eight-year-old daughter seriously injured was described as ‘beautiful’ by her family in a tribute.
Chloe Lloyd, 28, from Poole in Dorset, died when her silver Vauxhall Astra left the A35 Upton Bypass and landed in a ditch just before Baker’s Arms roundabout, on Friday evening.
Her daughter Lexi suffered ‘very serious’ injuries and was airlifted to Southampton General Hospital where she remains in a critical condition with her family by her side, Dorset Police said.
Her family said in a statement: ‘We are all absolutely heartbroken at the sudden loss of our beautiful Chloe and our sole focus at this time is to be with Lexi.
‘We would ask for privacy at this very difficult time.’
Dorset Police said it was called to the A35 at about 8.50pm to reports of a single vehicle crash on the westbound carriageway of the bypass, just before the Baker’s Arms roundabout.
