A cyclist has been filmed brutally pepper spraying a motorist in a road rage argument.
According to the information accompanying the video, the attack took place in St Petersburg, Florida, in July 2018.
It all seems to begin when the cyclist collides with the vehicle.

The cyclist is at fault he was not paying attention to what was in front of him. The driver can press charges and since the cyclist is at fault he will have to pay for damages.
.. and slightly odd as well …
It’s the law It appears to be the woman’s bottom at fault for distracting the cyclist. Aside from that the cyclist should have slowed so he could take in the view for longer whilst also being able to negotiate the road ahead. The motorist should not have attempted to assault the cyclist.
