In yet another horrifying drinking and driving story, police in the North West stopped a driver who failed a breath test at almost SIX TIMES the drink-drive limit.
The motorist blew a 196, with the limit in England currently 35!
To make matters worse, their front passenger side wheel appeared to not have a tyre on it, so the police have to be praised for getting this danger to life off the road.
