Driver Who Used Hard Shoulder To Try And Beat Traffic Caught By Unmarked Cop Car

A driver of a VW Bora decided to try and beat the traffic by taking the hard shoulder, unaware that he was undertaking a unmarked Greater Manchester Police traffic vehicle. 

When police stopped the vehicle the driver was also found to be using a fraudulent insurance policy.

Police seized the vehicle  and the driver was reported for all the offences.
